China’s business owners, managers and students are eager to learn the new global trends and professional business knowledge in order to enter fully into the international community. As China prepares to meet the WTO’s full membership requirements, Christian business professionals can assist by providing wise guidance and expertise. Management Resources Alliance (MRA) is a venue for ERRC’s short-term programs for Christian business professionals.
Since 1992, ERRC’s professionals have taught or lectured on the stock market, real estate, textile design, banking, accounting, management, marketing, risk management, juvenile delinquency and public policy. More education is needed in insurance, business law, finance, economics, production upgrading, strategic planning, and communications, etc.
All Positions are in the major cities and leading universities, mainly along the China’s eastern coastline
Program commitments are two to eight weeks to teach an intensive course in a university to teach business major undergraduates, graduate students, faculty members, or executives of commercial enterprises. Classes range from small groups of 20 to large groups of 50. Host institute will provide furnished housing on the university campus. Reimbursement for internaitonal airfare and stipends are negotiated by ERRC. Interpreters are sometimes provided. MRA courses require small teams of two or more business professionals.
Because this program is customized to the candidates’ department of interest and the needs of the Chinese host institutions, some placement and negotiation time are required.

Applicants should meet the following criteria to respond:
- Hold a Master’s, PhD, DBA or other advanced degree in subject of interest and 5 years working experience. Candidates will be teaching from a Christian perspective and thus should be mature Christians in excellent health with good interpersonal skills. as well as fluent English speakers.
- All applicants must also be willing to join the ERRC MRA Partnership Team which involves a minimal financial commitment to ERRC. This Partnership Fund covers the expenses of the placement negotiations with Chinese hosts institutions. Since host institutions provide housing as well as some monetary compensation, financial obligations are minimal. ERRC is committed to helping each teacher identify a sending team that often is delighted to help fund outgoing expenses (insurance, visas, airfare, administration). Singles, couples and families are welcome to apply.
